I believe that things and people are important, so I don't want to do business with manufacturers that just want to sell.

That enthusiasm was what got me started.
What prompted you to launch this product in Japan?
I wanted to be involved in products and gadgets that could connect people through objects, products that would create a bond between people. We also receive complaints and words of thanks.
I get questions about how to use the products, but if I respond carefully, they buy a lot and I get to have a lot of different experiences. I wanted to connect with people through the products... I think that was the trigger.
If you were to plan something next, what kind of product would you like to develop?
