--We're still in the midst of the coronavirus pandemic, but is this causing any disruption to your business?
We opened this store during the COVID-19 pandemic, so we haven't really noticed much of a change yet, but during our recent SE2 campaign, we had so many customers lining up, so I do think that in that sense we are able to resist the effects of COVID-19.
What products are currently selling well in your store?
In terms of products, it's the iPhone. The iPhone SE and iPhone 8, which are on sale, are the best sellers in our store.
--What strengths does your store have that other stores don't have?
In terms of sales, our prices are very low, but when it comes to repairs, we aim to do more core repairs than other stores, such as Face ID repairs, so we believe that being a retailer that can also do repairs is a strength of ours.

Our Akihabara store has just opened, but there are many competitors, so we want to compete with them and not lose out. We want to do everything related to smartphones, including buying, selling, and repairing, in our store.
