By using them in this way, not only did my work efficiency improve dramatically, but I was also very satisfied with the fact that I was able to create an environment that maximized the characteristics of each device.
Another attractive feature of this desk environment is the high degree of freedom that comes with the large work space. The space allows for free movement, creating a sense of "room" both physically and mentally. In addition, by burning aromas and playing jazz, the desk environment was created with the aim of creating a "personal modern space" that is not just a workspace but also a place of comfort.

I wasn't feeling well at the time, so I dismantled all my desks and created a minimalist, comfortable desk environment, where I mostly wrote poetry in the kotatsu space.

The aroma of coffee rising from this mug (not available anymore) has become a little ritual for me to concentrate on my work. I don't just drink coffee, I like to reset my mind with the aroma and warmth. I was unsure whether to include a kotatsu in my desk environment, but I actually worked here for about half a year, so I decided to include it lol

And let's not forget the contrast between the natural light coming in through the window and the incandescent lighting that complements it. This space is not just functional, but also values "warmth." The soft light coming through the blinds and the light from the incandescent bulbs mix together to create a comfortable atmosphere where you can relax even while working.
What's important here is the balance between a minimal, quiet space and efficiency. Rather than just cramming in useful things with an emphasis on efficiency, it's important to maintain a quiet space that doesn't impair comfort. It's also important to value natural light. I got this desk when I moved to a building in Nakano Ward that was made of bare concrete.Specialized video production environmentAfter moving in, we thoroughly considered how we could create a space that would allow us to be efficient and concentrate, and we came up with this design.
The big TV you see on the left isMonitor for checking videoIt was used as a TV monitor. Checking the finished video on an actual TV size is an important process that affects the quality. The Apple display in the center (nostalgic!) was mainly used for editing. It served as the core for checking the details of the timeline and effects.
The display on the right was used as an auxiliary monitor to check emails and manuscripts to help me work smoothly. The division of roles between these three displays supported my work efficiency at the time. It was around this time that I started writing on Ameba Blog and other platforms, and got my start as a blogger.
When creating this packed work environment, I was conscious of not destroying the overall harmony. For example, by making the desks white, it gives the impression of spaciousness even though it is physically packed. Also, by deliberately adding simple accents somewhere, it is also important to reduce visual fatigue.
I would say that this desk is a perfect example of the result of pursuing a balance between functionality and beauty. I would encourage anyone who is planning to build a packed desk environment to pay special attention to "color" and "accents." This is the desk environment I created after moving to Meguro Ward. As an antithesis to the "bulky" environment I had up until then,Cleanliness and minimalismI created a space that pursued this. My previous desk was packed with functionality and prioritized work efficiency, so I tried to create an environment that would free me from that pressure. I feel like this space has the most "feminine" atmosphere I've ever had (laughs).

This is the desk environment I created in a shared office in Akasaka, away from home. (Sorry if it looks a bit like home.) Because it's difficult to switch on and off in a home office, I decided to set up a desk in an external shared office. As a result, I was able to create a comfortable desk environment that prioritizes functionality, which is different from my private space. I also started to write about gadget articles on my Ameba blog, and although I wasn't yet conscious of affiliate marketing, I started to write about the things I bought.
Due to the nature of a shared office, it is difficult to have plants or use a lot of desk gadgets as per my preferences. Therefore, this desk may be the simplest and most "normal" compared to my previous desk environments.
However, we have implemented some ideas to maximize work efficiency. This is the most exciting desk environment I've created, once again based at home. Although it's hidden and out of sight, this space, with a few gadgets scattered across the desk, has become an important place that stimulates my creative drive. The desk itself is still compact, but with a lot of ingenuity I've managed to create a triple display. This environment is very comfortable for me, and it's one of the desk layouts I've used the longest. I feel like I've created a comfortable desk environment where I can immerse myself in the perfect environment for blogging.
