I usually use a Mac, but sometimes I use a Windows laptop.
As someone who is used to Mac shortcut keys, I'm not good at using Windows shortcuts that use the Ctrl key. The distance between the Ctrl key and the key is too long.
If you're used to a Mac, the distance from the Command key is short, so it feels quite different to use.
So I was browsing Amazon and came across a minimalist left-handed device from a manufacturer called Sayo for around 1,900 yen, so I thought this might be a good idea and bought it.
↓Actually, keyboard-related stuff has been really popular recently and it's fun.
First, the usual introduction of the contents

The contents are very simple. Inside the translucent bag are the keyboard itself, a USB cable, and a manual. The manual is so flimsy that it's almost like there isn't even a manual.
I haven't tried it on a Mac this time, but on Windows it works via plug-and-play, so there's no need to worry about complicated keyboard mapping.
There were two colors to choose from, white and black, so I was undecided, but I chose the white one because it looks clean.
A review of a beautifully designed product

A screwed triple-layer glass case with a milky texture.
This texture is strangely sexy and beautiful.
When you connect the USB, the color changes to a gradation of RGB colors. The colors change smoothly, just like the Keychron C3 Pro keyboard I recently bought or the Nixie tube LED clock.
I've been buying a lot of colorful gadgets lately haha
And even though it's such a small keyboard, it feels very well-made.
The colors change smoothly like this. The Keychron C3 Pro is always lit, but this one seems to have a sleep mode, and the light goes out if you leave it for a while.
I don't think it would make much difference in terms of electricity, but emotionally I would feel more secure if it disappeared.
The keyboards and clock that glow in the dark create a fantastical world.

The keyboard uses red axes. Even if you hit it hard, it's quiet. It also creates a light typing feel that doesn't feel heavy. However, I wanted to prioritize the typing feel even if it was noisy, so I was looking at the reviews on Amazon and wondering if I could change to blue axes, but I gave up because it seems to be fixed by soldering.
However, there are some strong reviewers who have changed their approach...
I wish I had that kind of DIY ability too.
This is the actual sound of typing. It's pretty quiet, not much different from a Windows laptop. But typing on a mechanical 3-key keyboard while using a laptop is also fun.
Small but with only three functions, it gives you great satisfaction

When I actually tried using it, my hands were a bit shaky and I was not used to it.
However, once you get used to it, it's as fast as a shortcut.
Trace the text, hit the keys to copy, then quickly press the right key to paste.
It's so small and beautiful, and so well-made it's almost like a joke, but once you get used to it, it's extremely easy to use.
If you use it hard, you'll definitely find it an indispensable item.
It's such a stylish design, but it's a shame that the USB cable makes the desktop look a bit cluttered.
I thought it would be nice if they sold a Bluetooth version, even if it was a little more expensive.
Summary
This small gadget offers great convenience and a sense of satisfaction in ownership. This review was short, but I am very satisfied with this very good value purchase.
This will definitely help you work more efficiently on your laptop.
Above all, I'm happy to have come across such a wonderful gadget that stirs my minimalist sensibilities.
